The tip of the spear is made from giant goat horn with a sturdy oaken stave carved like bone with scenes of hunts and violence.

+2 Spear, Constructed Unique, Attunement required: basic, usage: When you make a ranged attack with this weapon, you may spend a charge to launch a phantom spear instead for 1d6 piercing dmg; you may spend 3 charges for the spear to hit an additional enemy (with an additional attack roll). When you hit with melee attack with this weapon, you may spend up to five charges to knock the target back 5ft for each charge, alternately you can spend any number of charges to knockback any target adjacent to you 5ft (a charge per target). 10 charges, recovers 1d6+4 at dawn.

History

The Fifth Wind, as legends have it, originates from a culture of ancient mountainfolk from the North, whom rode giant goats in to battle.
