green energy with magic alternate earth

this is a world with old magic that is naturally inherent in all things, it permeates the ground the earth the sky and living things and fundamentally changes things that are possible. Plants animals and even people have magic but it mostly manifests as passive magic, perhaps some animals can manipulate water or gravity or other properties of the natural world. People have their own magic too. technology coexists with magic in an eco-friendly manner like green energy and that sort of thing but with magic so there are some natural magical resources that can also be used for clean energy. the main character is a young woman who is captain of her airship and they travel this world making deliveries for contractees her partner and friend is her lieutenant. they pick up an old scientist and her apprentice who have accidentally put into motion an apocalypse. they then work together to put a stop to it using their collective knowledge of magic and science.
