Akinlade, The Wandering Adventurer

Akinlade, The First Keeper and the Original of his kind, has a background unknown to most. After being Chosen by Fate to usher in this new era, he became an adventurer and explorer, always interesting in visiting unexplored places and experiencing the best life had to offer. But the first time an individual of consequence came to know him who is still important to this day was when he took Luna, The Second, as his apprentice. Together they traveled, adventuring and learning, finding secrets and helping some of those that could not help themselves. Some people say they still are to this day.
Akinlade is known to be very powerful, to the point where supposedly he has never used his full power before. He has never needed to, and usually prefers to use as little of his powers as he needs to because his adventures tend to be more exciting without them. He prefers to use only the powers in the equipment he has on him (which itself is very powerful, usually) and sometimes minor things if he really feels it's necessary. The main power that he uses is his enhanced durability to make it very hard for him to go down if he doesn't want to.
Unlike other Keepers, Akinlade hasn't been seen to have a Power Master form. Possibly being the first, it was just decided that he didn't need one, or perhaps his true form IS his Power Master form. The truth remains unknown.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Very buff, traditionally masculine, broad shoulders and powerful muscles, tall and athletic. Great stamina, almost never winded.

Apparel & Accessories

Tends to like wearing traditional high fantasy adventuring gear, including a hat with a feather in it, boots, tunics, coats, and pants with many pockets, as well as sheaths and packs for whatever else he might be carrying. Almost never leaves home without some of his special gear.

Specialized Equipment

Has a large collection of swords and other various types of bladed weapons that are almost all magical with unique abilities. Some of his favorite to carry around are his Sword of Light, Vorpal Scimitar, Blazing Sword, and various holy or Ghosttouch weapons. His boots are also generally enchanted and let him move through almost any type of terrain basically unhindered.

Personal history

Akinlade's origins are unknown, but from conversations with him it's thought that he led a fairly normal, mostly unglamorous life on a world without magic, supernatural powers, or any beings possessing such things. He liked exploring but there was ultimately nowhere on his planet that was unexplored. So when given a chance to explore new and interesting places with the only cost being that he'd need to do some things requested of him now and then, he was happy to jump at the chance, as whatever would be asked of him he considered it a low cost to the chance to feed his wanderlust.
Eventually he decided that he wanted a partner to adventure with him and share the burden of these tasks as eventually he began to find them quite annoying. So he was taken to a person that would share this burden and these adventures- this person became Luna. They adventured together a long time and worked together like a well oiled machine. A time eventually came for them to take their own paths for a while, and he adventured solo again, seeking out the most secret places and taking in their wonders. But once Luna trained up her own apprentice to take over the tasks, she returned to her traveling partner, and the story goes they've been exploring on and off together ever since.

Pansexual, while he prefers partners of the more feminine disposition usually he is very open and is drawn to all types. He's the type that will try anything with anyone at least once just to see what it's like.

Morality & Philosophy

Over time he's developed a very blue-and-orange morality. He has morals, but they don't necessarily comply with any particular system or school of thought. They have developed over time from an amalgamation of exposure to different cultures and species. He tends to think himself a hero, and in general tries to act according to such, but commonly can wind up doing things not actually helpful to wherever he is due to his different opinions on morality. Believes in chivalry and doing good, but his 'good' is not the same as society's and his chivalry tends to look a bit different. Very individualistic, does exercise altruism but not as much as he thinks he does.

Very much wants to explore, to solve, to have adventures. Everything else is driven by his need for excitement and to see and do more things. He is drawn to secret or unknown places, things of uncertainty, and roads less traveled. Sometimes his choices are decided by what he thinks would lead to more fun and excitement, sometimes by his 'heroic' morals. He travels far and wide and learns about many things all to scratch the unforgiving itch for adventure.

Very good at learning languages, adept at solving puzzles of many types and physical trials. Generally charismatic but doesn't always understand why people think differently from him and tends to be blind to his own flaws. Highly confident, great self esteem, knows he HAS flaws and doesn't claim to be perfect but he couldn't tell you what they are. Probably wouldn't pick up on his own description.
