Personal history

Thomas Algrove was a boy who grew up in the time of radios and cars. When he was left with no parents and an older sister who never wanted to claim him. He was left to a world with the only two things he was ever good at. Reading and making people laugh. When Thomas discovered a book that no one could read, full of ancient runes and symbols; Thomas was summoned to a time far before his normal existence, surrounded by many robed wizards. He was chosen to study at Madam Melkin’s, the finest organization in the Great Continent to learn wizardry and the power of magic. Thomas learned quicker than other students, but he did not show it. The other students only knew him to play pranks and to do anything for a laugh. They never saw him spend all of his free time teaching himself advanced arts. Madame Melkin was the only one to see Thomas for his true potential. Thomas discovered secret, older magics the more he spent time studying. He made a contract with a Lightning Demon named Estro. The deal was simple enough. Estro would give Thomas magical power and knowledge beyond human capacities and Thomas would provide a host body so the demon could live longer than the normal life of a strike of lightning. Thomas graduated early from Madame Melkin’s. After his graduation no one ever heard of the name Thomas Algrove again. But there was a new wizard in the land known as Lucky Pendragon. He was known as a traveling wizard who would show up in a village or town and cause trouble before moving on. The town’s greatest mages and wizards would be found defeated and stolen of their knowledge. Lucky was hungry to know and learn more about magic and uses for it. Lucky was not known to having many friends until he had met Dirk. Soon followed by Nebula, his greatest rival. Then most notably he was the mentor of Xero the young assassin mage.
