Consell is a small country to the north. It is considered to be the intellectual hub of the continent. It is populated primarily by Schowles.

Consell's greatest concern is the advancement and study of science, philosophy, and the arts.

Assets

Consell's greatest asset is its repertoire of knowledge through libraries and records. The continent of Grant as a whole owes much of its advancement to Consell. Other than that, however, Consell does not have much in the way of treasure or valuables.

Consell is populated entirely by Schowles.

Technological Level

Consell has perfected the windmill. While it is of course used for practical purposes, like grinding wheat, the Schowles have devised a way to utilize windmills to power mechanisms to enable flight. Its capital, Great Athos, is able to remain airborne through these mechanisms. A great deal of wind is necessary, however. Consell is also the most advanced in medicine. Citizens across the continent depend on the medical services provided by Schowle Monasteries..

Infrastructure

Schowle Monasteries scattered across the continent offer free lodging to travelling Schowles. Roads throughout Mount Shenan leading to Great Athos are maintained and marked with special totem poles for direction.
