Svartalfs or black elves, also called the drow. Are the leaders of Svartalfheim, they are also called encromancers or creators of the Draugr, also called the undead.
Their leader, The Pale Mistress, leads from her dark throne in the capital. Sending out her armies in hopes of saving everyone and giving them eternal life in undeath.
