Structure
Highest title in DasNeNo is the title of King, the King hold sovereign over a personal holding which he/she rules to their liking as long as they adhere to the Constitution. The King is the only one with the right to declare war and make peace with foreign entities as well as the right to propose reform to the Constitution or propose federal laws which are also knowns as Kings laws. Second are the Dukes who holds sole sovereignty over their personal holdings and are allowed to rule as they see fit as long as they adhere to the Constitution. They are subject to constitutional laws and Kings laws but have no obligations to the King. The Dukes are allowed to vote on reforms that are proposed and if all the Dukes do not unanimously agree the reform does not go through. Next are the barons these are military retainers were given the task of governing fortresses and military structures in their Dukes stead their main obligations are to keep the peace in the countryside as well as providing support to tax collectors. Next are the mayors, the mayors are a elected or appointed by the Duke. They are directly answerable to their respective Duke. The main obligation of mayors is to manage civilian centers like towns and cities which includes keeping the peace holding and managing court trials. As well as collecting taxes
