Gondwana

In the far future, an extended solar flare and the poles reversing have thrown humanity into societal collapse. Out of the ashes of humanity rises several nations - the largest of which is Gondwana. However this peaceful nation is threated by the islands of Serif, which wish to enslave the Gondwan people and steal their natural resources.   The world before the magno-flare disaster was prospering and highly technologically advanced. Mecha became the main form of combat and utility vehicle, and the most advanced of these were the TriMecha. The TriMecha were three experimental prototypes that allowed the pilot to connect directly with the Mecha's control mechanisms. This system was very dangerous and killed most of those who tried to use it. After the magno-flare, two of the TriMecha were lost, while the third is currently in use by the guerilla group known as the Gondwan Republic, who fights for Gondwana's freedom against the oppressive Serif.   Serif has already succeeded in taking over most of eastern Asia and continues their unrelenting conquest westward towards Europa. They disregard the religion and culture of any Gondwan towns they come across, stripping them of identity and assimilating them into Serif. All the while, Supreme Commander Akzidenz watches over her kingdom from the safety of space, where she knows Gondwana cannot reach.
