Magic in Golocsea

Magic in Golocsea is feared and often outcasted by the religions. Casters that show signs at a young age will often be abandoned or attacked (Unless on Oshium where magic is highly accepted). Magic is not all-powerful however, it is unable to bring back the dead to their full potential. Many are born with magic, however, some can learn but it is highly difficult and near impossible without a teacher.

Magic does not come without a price, if one becomes a caster they should expect complete social dysfunction. Magic is highly illegal and the punishment is decided by the local religious guilds in the area. Most temples and ruins have been destroyed or are derelict unless they are of Mythonian nature.
