2 arms, 2 legs, a tail. Each arm has a hand with 4 hands, and each leg has a foot with 4 toes. Their hands and feet are webbed.

Genetics and Reproduction

Locathah reproduce sexually. They lay 50 eggs, which all hatch after 1 year.

Ecology and Habitats

Locathah live in warm ocean waters. Most who were enslaved try to move into places such as swamps, lakes, and any place with a warm place with water.

Locathah are omnivores. Their favorite foods are kelp.

Social Structure

Most locathah live in communal tribes. Those of 100 members or less are usually simple hunting parties, dominated by males, but in larger tribes they prefer a matriarchal chieftain. The chieftain lays a multitude of eggs that are cared for by the rest of the tribe. Kelp farms and hunting territory are defended zealously and religious ceremonies to their creator-god Eadro are kept totally private, but otherwise locathah are welcoming of strangers.

Technically, because this is a race who have been enslaved by most creatures, they have been "Domesticated" to do menial tasks.

Locathah have a face similar to a catfish, without the colors.

History

Locathah where created deep underwater from the blood of a dying kraken in 300wr. They were created in a warm part of the Ocean, and would stay in these hot pockets. The Locathah where attacked in 400wr by Kuo-Toa, who would enslave some of them to help with the worships of their gods. In 450wr they broke free of the Kuo-Toa. In 500wr, they were enslaved by sahuagin for hunting practices and to feel superior to all other races. in 550wr, the Locathah escaped to the surface, hated it, and most went back into the ocean. In 600wr, they were enslaved by Illithids, as they were seen as weak. Only one colony enslaved them, however, and that colony was destroyed in 610wr due to a Gith raid. In 700wr, a lich used them for nefarious deeds. In 780wr, when he was done with them and had what he needed, he sent them away, because he found out what happened to them and believed that killing them would be pointless. In 800wr, the Locathah where enslaved by Orcs. In 830wr, they escaped. In 1000wr, a beholder called Mortraxa enslaved them for his research needs. In 2153wr, the Beholder was killed by a Death Slaad attacking him, forcing the Locathah to run away. They would hide from the Calamity event as they believed that some evil god is punishing them. Eventually, they stumbled across a human town. being mistaken for Kuo-Toa, most of the Locathah where imprisoned in that town until 2160wr, when it was destroyed by the Slaad. They fled, and where free. They hid in lakes, swamps, and some even fled back to the ocean. After the event ended, The Locathra where re-discovered in 2261wr by a recovery guard looking for anyone who could have been misplaced by them. When their story of enslavement reach the world, the race was put under protection from most other races.

Locathah do not like most races due to their history with other races. However, any race friendly to them is good in their eyes.
