They lived peaceful lives, until 80wr, when Julra and Jalru were cursed by the Mad God Gabda. All worshippers of Julra and Jalru, effectively all Khenra Twins, where affected by this curse. Julra was turned into the Khenra we see today, while Jalru became the Jackalwere. The Khenra where changed all the same, half the race became their Jackal-like self, and the other half becoming the evil Jackalweres. THe Khenra would continue their worship of Julra, but would stop most worship of Jalru, due to her sudden change to evil. For the most part, Khenra would not change in their ways, although some would move to other countries to see how they worked and their lives. There God's hatred for evil creatures formed their ideals to destroy all that they consider evil. However, despite this, the Khenra respect the hobgoblins for their similar warlock culture, and hope to use them for destroying evil.
