History

The first Dhampir was born in 1000wr, in the town of Hoesvin, who was named Avrail. He was born from the Vampire lord Stroheim von Rudol, and was his servant, until he escaped in 1100wr. Most Dhampirs are born from vampires enthralling women into their servitude, although vampires usually never actually fall in love with other people. The few born from either Dhampir parents or a Dhampir and Human parent tend to be much kinder than the ones born from vampires.

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions

Dhampir are typically treated as regular vampires by most common people, even if they don't have the same powers or weaknesses as vampires. Most vampire hunters and normal Vampires know the difference though, and aren't normally hunted by any regular vampire hunter.
