Adventuring License
A license required for the people of Godsen to "adventure"
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to keep track of the number of people out using weapons, dangerous spells, and talking to gods.

Clauses
Obtaining this document allows the user to do the following:
Leave cities and towns without a proper travel permit, Accept Adventuring Guild Sponsored Quests, Allow taking any and all treasure found on said quests, and can allow the holder to avoid certain manditories, such as Jury Duty, Draft Military, etc.
Caveats
Committing large scale crimes (Mass Murder, Mass Kidnappings, Genocide, owning the book of Vile Darkness) will allow the Government to revoke your License, as well as your life.
Publication Status
This document is publicaly accessible, but requires filling out a questionnaire and completing a test quest in order to obtain a legally binding copy for you.
Legal status
This Document is valid in all town, cities, and other such settlements within the country of Drandar.
Historical Details
Background
This document was the answer to Drandar's crime problem after the Calamity event. Being able to see if the band of misfits has the legal papers to enter and exit tows is a useful tool.
Public Reaction
Public reactions was mixed, generally leaning towards good, as knowing the people who walked into their town are not raving psychopaths eases tensions. People who were already adventurers, explorers, and the like did not like these new limitations, as making it harder to become an adventurer makes it easier for monsters to raid villages.
