This book covers 10 goddesses of Art and Beauty, there is a short chapter on each. Each chapter includes lots of sketches, history and myths about the subjects. 
The chapter of the lady includes: 

Three drawings of the lady, in each drawing she looks slightly different, but all of them feel familiar to  Marton when he looks at them. 

- There are sketches of the different temples that people have built for The Lady  on different planes, the most beautiful ones were built in the Feywild. 

The book tells the story of her rise to godhood; she was a great warrior and also a great artist. She fought to preserve art and culture, but she cared for the masses and made sure that they were always were given the chance to enjoy the beauty in life. She was a paladin of one of the @Greater Gods, @King of True Good, when she died in battle he made her a goddess, to celebrate the difference she had made in the world. She was adopted into the Elvan pantheon but was worshipped all across the Planescape. 

The book also details her disappearance and suspected death. When the Demon King Kronos was resurrected by an evil cult he waged war on the gods, who fought back with the help of the @rainbow Scale, lead by their king @innos. In this battle The Lady went missing, she has not been seen or heard from since. All her followers lost their power. She temples were abandoned and a new cleric/paladin of hers has not been seen since.
