Mechanic's Tools

The mecahnic's tools is a toolbox that contains evreything someone will need to maintain or even repair a motor vehicle in the field. Most vehicles are desiged with universal parts that can be worked on with a mechanic's tool kit.
Mechanic's tools can be used to repair a damaged or disabled vehicle. It cannot be used to repair a vehicle that has been completely destroyed.
To use mecahnic's tools, one must have used them before or been taught how to use them in order to gain proficentcy. If it is your first time using it, make a DC 17 INT check to see if you can use the tools successfully. If you know how to use the tools, make a DEX check to attempt a repair. The DC of the repair check is dependant on the vehicle in question. For instance, a Jeep" is relativley simple and easy to repair, having a DC of 9, whereas a F-404 Falcon jet fighter is highly complex and has a DC of 22.
If used successfully roll a d100 to see how much HP the vehicle recovers.
The process of repairing a vehicle is time consuming. At least 1 hour must be spent working on a vehicle to succsessfully repair it.
