The Titans

Out of all the Mithlorians wondrous creations, the Titans were perhaps their most terrifying. Towering elemental constructs, designed to conquer and police the "lesser" races, these creatures had few equals in combat.
A number of variant Titans existed, each with a different purpose. The wood and stone Titans were designed to police and interact with the lesser races. As such, they were considered the "friendliest" of the Titans, rarely seen as they camouflaged in with the locals surroundings and only intervening to maintain law and order. The fire and ice Titans were designed for war. Fire Titans acted as the initial spearhead of any attack, being particularly effective in siege warfare. Ice Titans on the other specialised in hunting and guerrilla warfare tactics to mop up any survivors of the initial attack. Together the fire and ice Titans were an almost unsurpassed fighting force.
Finally, the pinnacle of the Titan variants was the Metal Titan. Created to serve as the personal guard of the Mithlorians, and powered by the elemental magics of air, they were gifted with innate spellcasting abilities that the other Titans did not possess. Some of these abilities included flight, minor teleportation, and even the ability to disassemble themselves and travel in a gaseous form (that often times resembled a small tornado filled with shards of metal).
As powerful as these Titans were, however, it is said that they were created solely for the Mithlorians convenience. They themselves were in fact more powerful than their creations, and more than capable of fighting and protecting themselves.
