    The name Gentéra comes from the ancient language of the first civilization that inhabited the world. It means “the land of wonders”.Magic is a natural force that flows through everything in Gentéra. It can be harnessed and manipulated by those who have the talent and the training. There are different types and schools of magic, such as elemental, spiritual, mental, etc.Some of the magical creatures that live in Gentéra are dragons, unicorns, griffins, fairies, merfolk, etc. Some of them are friendly and helpful to humans, while others are hostile and dangerous.The five continents of Gentéra are: Aranor: The largest and most diverse continent. It has a temperate climate and a variety of landscapes, such as mountains, forests, plains, rivers, lakes, etc. It is home to many kingdoms and cultures, some of which are allies and some of which are rivals. It is also the most advanced in terms of technology and magic.Zalara: The second largest continent. It has a tropical climate and is mostly covered by jungles, swamps, and islands. It is home to many exotic and mysterious creatures and plants, some of which are unique to this continent. It is also the most spiritual and mystical continent, where many ancient secrets and rituals are practiced.Khorva: The third largest continent. It has a cold climate and is mostly covered by snow, ice, and tundra. It is home to many hardy and resilient people and animals, some of which have adapted to the harsh environment. It is also the most isolated and conservative continent, where tradition and honor are valued above all else.Nymia: The fourth largest continent. It has a warm climate and is mostly covered by deserts, savannas, and oases. It is home to many nomadic and adventurous people and beasts, some of which are skilled in survival and exploration. It is also the most diverse and colorful continent, where art and music are celebrated and enjoyed.Elyria: The smallest continent. It has a mild climate and is mostly covered by hills, meadows, and orchards. It is home to many peaceful and harmonious people and creatures, some of which are gentle and kind. It is also the most beautiful and serene continent, where nature and magic are in perfect balance.The sixth continent of Gentéra is called Malum. It has a dark and stormy climate and is mostly covered by volcanoes, craters, and wastelands. It is home to an evil entity known as the Dark One, who was once a powerful mage who tried to conquer the world with his army of corrupted creatures. He was defeated by the combined forces of the other five continents and sealed away in a hidden chamber beneath Malum. However, his seal is not permanent and needs to be renewed every 400 years by a team of five mages from each continent.The rulers of the other five continents are:King Arthas of Aranor: A wise and benevolent king who values justice and peace. He leads the Alliance of Aranor, a coalition of several kingdoms that share common interests and goals. He has a team of five mages who specialize in elemental magic.Queen Zara of Zalara: A fierce and charismatic queen who values freedom and adventure. She leads the Federation of Zalara, a network of several tribes that respect each other’s autonomy and diversity. She has a team of five mages who specialize in spiritual magic.Lord Khoran of Khorva: A proud and honorable lord who values loyalty and courage. He leads the Dominion of Khorva, a hierarchy of several clans that follow a strict code of conduct and honor. He has a team of five mages who specialize in mental magic.Prince Nymir of Nymia: A clever and resourceful prince who values innovation and exploration. He leads the Republic of Nymia, a democracy of several city-states that encourage creativity and discovery. He has a team of five mages who specialize in temporal magic.Lady Elyra of Elyria: A gentle and compassionate lady who values harmony and balance. She leads the Union of Elyria, a community of several villages that live in harmony with nature and magic. She has a team of five mages who specialize in healing magic.
