Fire Power!

Fire Power is an illegal party line where participants are encouraged to use their extranormal powers to make a show, licensed or otherwise. These parties are favored by teenagers who are not allowed to use their abillities in public situations and are meant as a place to let loose, and were started as a response and protest against the Rainbow ammedment.

Structure

The party line was founded by 3 friends and trouble makers Jack "stretch" rowley, selina "red jewel" sivara and ralph "hole in the wall" bennings, the three still manage the place as a traveling party of sorts, using their powers to allow the accomedations and secrecy of their operations. asides from them many ne'er do wells are employed as staff for the parties, hoping to give the young delinquents some sort of home, after they were rejected by society.

Culture

The patrons of fire power as well as most ground level employees are rebellious teens and young adults who look for a place to let loose with their extraordinary abillities with no reprocussions, as such the parties often atract counter culture youth as well as criminals, both demographics find a haven in the secretive parties and sometimes carreer and social opportunities.

History

The first underground "Fire Power" party was in 1976 after the passing of the "rainbow amedmants" as sort of a protest by the founders who threw their party in a "hole" at the london eye and caught the attention of the authorities who found the entrance through fliers given out to party goers. after paying hefty fines and serving a short sentence, the three learned their lessons and started desguising their parties a bit better. with time passing the restrictions became less severe and now a days Fire Power is kind of an open secret, catering to frustrated teens who want to use their powers in a less restricted enviroment.
In the early 2000s Jack took to expending their operations, creating buisness ties all across the criminal underbelly of london and beyond, seeking to utilize his connection with the empowered youth culture for profit through ilicit deals.  While the other owners are still involved, jack had taken charge of most operations using his influence and ties to create a profitable entertainment and smuggling buisness alongside his party line, using the parties themselves to scout and recruit talent.
