Varrock

Varrock is a large city on the western side of Misthalain Mountain Range. The city is home to the Legend's Guild. It's likely one of the most advanced and populated cities in Geilenoriam.
The Legends' Guild is different from the Heroes' Guild in the sense that the city and the guild are relatively intertwined. Varrock has no standard Monarch, but is ruled with help of the Legends and higher aristocrats who manage what is best for the city.
This makes the Legend's somewhat celebrities in the city, though some of them don't seem to mind.
