Dahlia is a Cleric of the War Domain. She takes her title as the Protector of Life very seriously. She enjoys taking out "bad guys" in the name of Bahamut, the Platinum Dragon. Dahlia is a member of the Heroes Guild, but lately she has been helping out with Wizard Eldritch at the Wizard's Tower.

Personal history
As a child, Dahlia grew up wanting to follow in her mother's footsteps as an adventurer after hearing countless stories of her slaying monsters and helping those in need. Her parents agreed to this as long as she waited until her 20th birthday. In the years leading up to her 20th, her mother taught her how to fight with a spear and how to cast spells.
On her long awaited 20th birthday, her parents gave her a gift of chainmail armor, a simple spear, and her mother's shield. They then sent her on her way.
Dahlia is very naïve and doesn't quite know the ways of the world yet. She seems to think adventuring will be all sunshine and rainbows, so to speak. She addresses her elders as ma'am and sir, she was raised with manners.

Since beginning her adventures, she has had an encounter with an old man she believed to be Bahamut. He told her that there are different ways to protect life as a cleric, and perhaps the more head-on approach of the War Domain would best suit her. At first she was hesitant to change Domains, as her mother taught her everything she knew about being a Cleric of the Life Domain. But, the belief that the old man could have been Bahamut was enough to convince her. She also learned that the powers granted to her via the new Domain allowed her to use trickier weapons. This opened up more options for two-handed weapons that she could use in tandem with her animated shield. Eventually, she settled on a greatsword as her new weapon, retiring her spear.
While Dahlia is a bit nervous about not being able to heal her allies as much, she's very excited to be more on the front lines. She believes that Bahamut will see her and her allies through combat safely.
Sexuality
Asexual. She's actually pretty grossed out by the idea of dating someone. She doesn't have any problem with others being in a relationship or anything! She just can't stand the thought of being with someone like that.
Education
She grew up in a rich family, and had her own private teachers. She had a very good education as a result.
Employment
The Heroes Guild is Dahlia's first "job"
Accomplishments & Achievements
She was also one of the most devoted Clerics at her home temple, always praised by the elders.
Failures & Embarrassments
Once as a teen, she came to her temple of worship even though she was feeling unwell. Long story short... she threw up right on the altar. She... never lived it down.
Much more upsetting to her though, was the death of James D'Tenkenshen. She believes that he didn't have to die, that they could have spared him. Dahlia considers his loss of life to be one of her biggest failures. Cultists trying to bring a demon into the world? They deserve to die. But a misguided thief trying to make a living? All she could think about was her father's past as a thief, and how he could have met the same fate as James if it weren't for her mother.

There are few beings that are pure evil. But those who are unable to be saved must die for the greater good.

Lord Pursimmons: an orange tabby cat the party found in Port Sarin. Dahlia dragged him along on their quest to join the Heroes Guild. She often left him in her backpack too long, not knowing any better having never cared for a pet before. He currently resides at the Wizard's Tower. Catching mice and eating way too many table scraps.
