Al-Kharid
Al-Kharid is the desert city on the eastern side of the Misthalain mountain range.
It is run by King Ali, a selfish and self serving man who has let the city mostly run on its own. Al-Kharid is a great place for thieves and those who don't want to be caught in any of the more strict municipalities, but many of the city folk are just regular commoners trying to get by.
Al-Kharid is also the location where Frank first entered the plane of Geilenoriam.
