Blood Drakons

Blood Drakons are one of the subspecies of dark drakons. They are among the most common ones, not to mention being one of those that Imperium accepts, but they are still a rare sight, encountered pretty much as often as the noble subspecies of light drakons. As them, they are actually making for a noble caste of their society, majority of them being soldiers, nobles, magicians or adventurers.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Just humans with crimson eyes (with black pupils) in their fully human form. After undergoing dragonification they change into humanoid dragon-like creatures, with claws, horns and the skeleton of their wings made from something that look like a living tissue. Their scales and wing membrane are crimson. They can store blood in their body and eject it (from holes in their body or their 'solid' dragonified matter) to support hemomancy.
