The Demirian Reorganization

In the aftermath of The Demirian Century War, semi-humans, not to be confused with demi-humans (see Semi-humans vs Demi-humans, what's the difference?), had been labeled as monsters and were subjected to 3000 years of subjugation mostly by humans. But during The Lyuu Reformation, a series of articles tiled "The Demirian Reorganization" were written up, within theses documents follows:
Semi-humans were recognized as Daemons and not Monsters and thus were officially recognized as equals among Humans and Elfin species. Subjugation of the semi-human species is no longer acceptable. The region of Demir is recognized as ancestral grounds of Semi-humans and thus was illegal to forcibly encroach on this land with extermination as a pre-text.
Note: while the reorganization changed how the world labeled semi-humans, they were still largely discriminated against and segregated against especially outside the Demir region.
