Visell starts getting in small fights at school, defending students, and fighting for dominance on the playground, learning to stand up for herself.

Naomi, her mother instilled a complex in Visell of emotional and physical dominance. Teaching Visell not to let anyone boss her around if they didn't hold any merit or authority and show everyone she wasn't to be trifled with. While her father instilled a moral philosophy in her that encouraged her to look out for the weaker students, and doing so means that she was strong. Visell even as a little girl in puffy skirts and pink looks naturally mean and offputting so Naomi showed her how to use her words and intimidated and taunt to mentally disarm people.
