After the fall of the Zumurai Party and the sequential shutdown of the C.O.H., the progressive privatization and, auctioning and commercialization of the 3 Pandora's Vaults commenced as the Liberal government began selling off the numerous technologies. The Lead directors and Primer research and development team known as The Five Mothers originally committed to taking soft severances; receiving small payments of pennies on the dollar for use of their technology plus a small stipend from the National Treasury of 1,500-2,000 $-Gii a month in perpetuity. Additionally, The Five Mothers agreed to give the rights to manufacturing and distribution were given to the National Gov. under a strict agreement of ethics of how each technology was to be used as Nationalized goods and necessities.
During the Privapocylpse, the Liberal party took to selling rights to the technology to the highest bidders in the burgeoning sphere of corporate interest. Looking at the troubling list of buyers and benefactors, 2 of The Five Mothers; Ragio and Yuzuki coordinated use their leverage to solidify their intellectual property rights over their numerous creations as was contractually feasible; retaining control of the technologies while wreaking in massive dividends from property rights and contracts with the Nat. Gov. They control their technologies through their Estates. Estates are not Property necessarily more like Brands under which they hold the rights to their technologies, innovation, distribution, and funds.
Naomi, NoChi, and Nolgi were reluctant. While Naomi prided herself on her inventions being Public goods, Nolgi second Naomi's feelings and let it would threaten her Professional doctoral ethnicity. While Nochi was a young, moppy genius and couldn't care less, having signed over rights to her inventions into her foster mother's care soon after creating them. Naomi eventually was forced to place her inventions under an Estate. Doing her leave best to give the most Dodge corporations the scraps of her labors and building connections with more trust benefactors all the while using the funds from various, sales, contracts, and severance to fund the Bushido Donokama and to make up for gaps in funding in the last Public hospital in Undo-Lashiima Rojimo Advanced Medical. Structure

Naomi is the head of the estate and chief administrator of all its functions, dealings, properties, and assets. She has a small staff of secretaries, housekeepers, and guards that take care of the main property. Tough the main property itself is a front- a dummy location with dummy valuables and dummy prestige. In addition to the armed guards, the dummy estate is outfitted with light security measures and the small smattering of housekeepers and butlers all have small arms training. The real magic happens in a secret underground laboratory set up in the now-abandoned metro control network in the underbelly of the city. The house is really a fancy stage for dealings with the lolly limp wristed corporate liaisons, brokers, jokers, movers, and shakers that want to do business thinking they can make a deal the ever-lustrous Naomi Nandalls can't refuse only to get trampled on, shoot down and outmaneuvered. Her secretaries do use the house as office space and of course, the lower staff takes advantage of the paid-for room and board.
The most sensitive dealings and information is shared and deliberated between her secretaries and her wife, Mrs. Nolgi Nanami Nyhilla-Nanadalls. Her most trusted confidant and former co-founder of the COH project and now co-owner of the estate. She has about as much control as Naomi over assist but she passes everything through her wife since she's the head and main brain of the operation with the power of refuse and modification of deals. To put it highly her name is the boldest and most noted on the paperwork; the grand candid photo while Nolgi's is the caption.
The under Nolgi is her inner circle and family consisting of Visell and Nasrin, her daughters, Arthur her acolyte, and servant, and the Elite Five, a specialized Gizo-Jin guard Team. They are given special provisions as the extensions of a high-class government operatives estate. All business done on behalf of the Estate, for the most part, is estate business with little oversight. Visell, as troublesome and resourceful as she is, has first-hand experience with these special assets from her youth Vip access, clean-up crews, access to restricted areas, access to safe rooms and bunkers. All that changed for her is now she has to keep a shiny badge with her. While Nasrin and Arthur are a bit befuddled by these newfangled privileges. While Arthur is more disgusted and perturbed by the amount of leeway given to the elitist, corrupt sociopaths that run the city, with the exception of her love of course; Nasrin on the other hand is at times entranced by the number of underground goodies hiding in hometown!

Surrounded by a thick layer of trees one would think it's a hidden fortress. But it rather boldly exposed.  And faces many a bandit, gang, and terrorist attack, and has repled many as well. In efforts to help dissuade further insurgents, Naomi commanded that the corpses of attackers be nailed to the trees in the surrounding area. Approximately 24 bodies rot in the encompassing woods.
