Pangokaz

The Pangokaz are a group of bunker cities agree to not raid each other. They are located in Africa and the Middle East. Forged from the constant raiding those bunker cities had been doing during The Terralan Conflict. However due to Armee des Trostes and The Congregatio forming and starting to put pressure on their southern neighbours, they agreed to stop fighting with each other and push back the invaders and raid non-Pangokaz burnker cities. Soon the Pangokaz developed their own trade and culture, learning to work together to get what they want. They do however, will still raid a foreign bunker city from time to time.
