A vast megalopolis. Became quickly one of the largest cities in the world, rivaling Tokyo, New York, London.
The city has an approximate population of 20 million people. But, the economic difference is very notable. Even though the city territory is small compared to other large megalopolis, the city grew upwards. The upper level, where you can see the top of the skyscrapers, where the high and very wealthy people live. Mid-level where the people struggling (not-quite) live, this place is filled with apartments and office buildings. Bottom level, where most of the chaos is occuring, people live on the streets mostly or in buildings left behind from the past. Here you can see old-wheeled cars, real rats, etc.
