An enigmatic scientist with loose ties to the W.D.F. organization; he is able to analyze problems and solve them with unique solutions. At a very young age, he immersed himself in texts on advanced physics and mathematics. Considered placid and benign by most, his intentions are meant to serve humanity and advance them further; by means of new ways to combat the Quark faction. The W.D.F. keep a close eye on his corporation, due to the doctor’s rebellious attitude, coupled with Zinovie’s presence.

Prior to Genesis Ind. being formed, Dr. Navarin was a prodigal scientist for the World Defense Force. He mainly aided them by fine-tuning Valkyrie units and their combat programs; Dr. Navarin personally oversaw Lilith’s development into a domineering pilot, having developed a brotherlike relationship with her. Throughout the years, his research on a mysterious entity dubbed “Black Feather” led to a series of events that would be the catalyst for Genesis Ind.

This man is responsible for reverse-engineering Zinovie’s DNA enhancements and creating ARCHANGE; a program designed to construct super-pilots against the enemies of humanity.
