Four Skies

The realm where magic and people live together. It is a world of countless kingdoms, both big and small, of many different kinds of people. There are races of sentient, non-humans but most races keep mostly to themselves. The only creatures that know no real nationality are the beasts and demons that roam the night. Most keep to themselves, content to cause chaos in the wilds and untamed lands, but there are some ambitious enough to venture into populated areas and try their hand at chaos and misfortune.   There are four races that live there, hence the "four" skies. Humans, fairies, dwarves and a tiefling-like race called Della. Within each, there are divisions. Among the humans, they are divided into lordships who work together as a council of humans. Most other species have a similar structure, but power and wealth may be determined differently.   Magic exists and is used by all species, but they each have different relationships with it.
