Kelemvor

Kelemvor is a god of death.
In his life he was known as Kelemvor Lyonsbane. According to the churches teaching he arrived with the legions coming from Singa in the age of war. He was a fighter during the Age of War and distinguished himself with many feats on the battlefield as well as next to it. He took care of the wounded and held services for the dead.
After the first wars he founded a hospice and continued to take care of the wounded and dead, with him not hesitating to put a person out of their misery if he felt the time of a person had come.
Not long after the end of the first wars Kelemvor vanished and a lot of the people that he tended and saved, or the persons whoes loved ones he helped on their way over deaths door started believing that he ascended to godhood and now guards the way into the blessed lands and judges each dead on their merits.

Tenets of Faith

A person has to go when their time arrives, to hasten their death or prolong their life is a sin.

A person will be judged by their deeds in life, aswell as their treatment of the dying and dead.

Undeath is unnatural and has to be fought whereever possible

A soul may serve a god or be permitted into the holy lands where they live their afterlife
