Black Guard

Easily identified by their black overcoats with red sashes they patrol the streets of cities and villages. Their sabers at their sides, bows slung across their back and a long staff in theirs hands they present a impressive yet strangely comforting force over the empire.

They are general guard provided by the Empire itself. They are charged with protection the citizens of the empire and to keep the public order. This means they need to take care of policing and law enforcement.
