Sythian Skalderang

Sythain Skalderang is a failing music teacher living on the outskirts of Toadhop. He works at Skalderang Conservatory where he has six students. He recently hired local boys Trout & Makeral to steal the famed, Golden Axe, from the deceased Froderic Dartwild.
A group of adventurers came to the conservatory and distracted him by throwing a bag of frog at him so they could take the Golden Axe back to Froderic.
Sythian is horrifically afraid of frogs.
