Old Owl Well

According to Daran Edermath, Old Owl Well is a crumbling ruin of the ancient Netheril empire which could contain powerful magic. Little appears to remain besides a ruined watchtower and, of course, a well. Daran has heard reports of someone digging around there, and prospectors have recently been chased away by undead. He is concerned about the dark magic in the area becoming discovered or disturbed, and wants someone to report back about what is going on.
