Xanathar

Xanathar is a respected noble of Waterdeep. Everyone believes he works as last line guardian of the city and a potential advisor to the King. He holds unbelievable knowledge and sometimes shares even some of it. He is complexly connected to the other nobles and always plots something very complicated and unforseeable.  Its base is a dungeon under Skullport, a subterranean settlement beneath Waterdeep. He also is cautious of Rycrexest, who could want to become the next Beholder of Waterdeep.
