The Wraith of Lord Humberk

Was a dwarfen Lord of the region before it was attacked by yuan-ti and the kingdom. It is said that he roams the region and seeks help to be freed. Others say he is a fraud who wants the region to be left alone by the world. Some tell stories to children that he collects souls of kids and makes them work in mines. No one knows what´s true. The region is now called the neutral zone.
