The chief library slave of Zuirod. Surrounded by an ever-changing throng of lickspittles, he is obsessed with nothing but his exotic books, sprawling dust and intricate sculptures - and constitutes a walking storm of deluded eccentricism wherever he shows up. People generally roll their eyes behind his back, but even the police is hesitant to get in his way... at least where the library is concerned.
