Belak is a druid who started walking a dark path and was cast out of his circle. He has taken residence within the Sunless Citadel and there tends to the Gulthias Tree.
The goblins inhabiting the Citadel are in league with the Outcast, and perform curious transactions with the locals in the nearby town of Oakhurst bartering the magical fruits produced by the Gulthias Tree.
