General Summary

Session Notes

• We continued following Xanth up a hill with clouds forming above.
• We snuck closer to the stone circle on the hill were there is 2 acolytes performing some ritual.
• We surprised them and killed them before they could react.
• We they were killed a lightning bolt came from the heavens me and Malark managed to dodge out of the way only taking some arcs of damage.
• As the lightning cleared a form took shape revealing a lightning boar. (Gorthok).
• Afterwards the bushes started moving revealing a lot of twig blights.
• After Ragaroth summoned a fireball I charged forward towards the boar.
• As I got to it I uttered a vow of emnity against it in the name of Tyr. After Critical hitting on both attacks with a level 1 and 2 smite I managed to roll 65 point of Damage killing it before it can move.
• After a bolt of lightning struck the ground leaving a staff of lightning in the ground which Ragaroth.
• After a long rest we headed into a North West entrance of a tomb of some sorts. Boar skull on human bones. Warning to stay away.
• We entered avoiding the signs. Letting a boar out.
• We went north same thing with the boar but we found a shield+1 for me.
• We made our way to Axeholm (3 days of travel from Circle of Thunder) revealing a dwarven stronghold (Dwarven City - Elven Female ambassador came to cause problems but was killed and became the Banshee. Abandoned because of a Banshee that caused civil unrest. Dwarfs kill rouse as Ghouls to feed on their kin)
• I misty step into the fortress and open the main rusty gate with the rusty crank.
• We snuck around to open the doors for the party from the inside, encountering a Ghoul almost alerting it. We snuck out a door behind it.
• We opened the door for the rest of the party to join us.
• We headed back to kill the ghoul but it was missing when we entered the room.
• We started clearing the room and combat ensued with a group of Ghouls.
• Afterwards we searched the rooms for items and found nothing except the stirge that attached itself against me from within the chimney of the forge.
• After clearing we headed back to the main entrance hall to head to the eastern doors.
• Where another fight ensued with a few ghouls.
• The fight ended without much of incidents.
• We took a short rest in a small room.
