Forgotten Realms

I have been using the Forgotten Realms since 1987 and the first grey boxed set. I take the timeline so far, having things happen in the same world or timeline. If I get to a point where I have a new group or new ideas and I want to start fresh, I will start over.   At the moment, I would say that the 3E Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting is my default starting place with a few changes. I never had the Time of Troubles happen. That means some gods are still in the setting and some that came from that event don't exist in my world.   This time around, with a group of players mostly new to gaming, I went back to Forgotten Realms as it was what they had read about and knew. That was fine with me! Once again, I started in 1372 DR and have continued to move forward.   Check out the campaigns with the timelines below. Until I find a better way to organize things!
