Forgotten Krynn

Welcome to the world of Krynn. Many adventurers have traversed the lands of the Dragonlance, but this land may be not as they remember. We find ourselves in the Age of Might; the Empire of Istar reigns supreme on most of the east side of the continent of Ansalon, whereas on the western side, lies the independent city-state of Waterdeep, almost an island of culture unto itself.

Within Waterdeep, among the various goings on, guilds, nobles, and business - Adventurers, a profession unto itself, make a living delving the depths of Undermountain; a vast mega-dungeon which lies under the great city. Created by the mad mage Halaster, and depths unknown to any but Halaster himself.

Meanwhile, to the chagrin of the Wizards of High Sorcery, floats the inverted mountain cities of Nethril, leads by Archmages, where they delve the depths and limits of magic just to the west of Waterdeep.

To the bulk of Ansalon, minus the surrounding islands, Ansalon is all there is to Krynn. However, the whispers of Taladas and the Red Steel tantalize the idea of lands beyond, yet unknown to most of civilization.
