The origins of the Owls are as shrouded in mystery as their goals. Their existence is full of rumor and conjecture, appearing and disappearing at random through history. In some periods they have been thought to be nothing more than rumor only to reappear in large numbers. Yet, in other ages they are widely known to exist. The current era, is one of those times.
