Promean Theatre
In the centre of Promeo in front of the palace lies the great amphitheatre. Older than the city itself and perhaps the largest ever built, every day at noon the amphitheatre is given randomly to a person who has paid the fee. And once the theatre is full, any speech may be given and one cannot be punished legally for that speech. If the theatre does not fill up, the guards must round up additional spectators. The amphitheatre comfortably sits 20,000, with a minimum attendance of 5000.
Purpose / Function
Initially for spiritual gatherings, now serves as a bastion for public free speech
Architecture
Large marble slabs form the basis of the amphitheatre with several concrete additions.
