Zarvu

Zarvu appears as a woman in a red dress, her appearance changes into the ideal woman of that person regardless of their sexuality & gender. Her real appearance is a womanly figure in a red dress with large flesh-like blades coming from where her shoulders are meant to be. Zarvu creates pacts with mortals who show a high lust, or who she thinks is worthy of her power. She resides in the 10th hell plane, people who make a pact with Zarvu and have died have their souls taken to her palace within hell in which they will then eternally serve her as a servant of her legion.
Pact of Blade – The handle is a fleshy pulsating heart
Pact of Chain – The familiar will have scars and wounds upon its body as if whipped thousands of times.
Pact of Tome – The tome cover is made of flesh with the Pact Symbol carved into it, the tome releases a quiet heartbeat.
Pact of Talisman – Comes in a form of a necklace, it has chain piercing into a human heart which is still beating.

Deals - Unlike other Demon Lords Zarvu makes pacts instead. This can be considered idiotic since it weakens a fiend because they are giving away their power. What Zarvu found though was that if she made a soul stronger (more levels) then the demon soul born from the pact after they die is stronger conpaired to normal new demons.
Information – Zarvu is the 10th ranked demon lord, she is considered weak but her army is the strongest out of all the demon lords of hell because of her strategy of bringing in stronger souls.
