Information

Once you have picked a tenant you cannot choose another creatures
You can only take one tenant, the higher tenant will take the benefits and debuffs of the bottom ones. E.g. taking V tenants will mean you gain VI, III, II, I tenants.
On a level up, you can choose a higher tenant but once you have chosen a higher one, you cannot go back down.
These are optional, you can only decide to take these at a level up and starts at level 3
When you take a tenant, the debuff effect on the highest tenant taken will become less over time until there is no debuff left.

You have minus equal to your prof on perception checks. You cannot make any checks that involve sight. You are surprised at the start of every combat. You can no longer gain any healing (Only from short/long rest).

I - You gain Command at will II - When a creature is charmed by you, you can control a single action they take until charm ends III - When a creature is charmed by you, you can control all actions they take until charm ends IV - When a creature is charmed, you can make them take the "Stab Yourself" Command V - Once per long rest, you do not have to force a saving throw on a creature under the command spell

You are unable to use CHA skills You need to spend 1 minute of silence with a creature before you can speak to them. You cannot speak to someone who you have not charmed. You can no longer speak in anyway including telepathy & writing. You cannot use any other spell besides command.

I - You are immune to the effects of the cannibal counter, instead of eating a corpse will grant you a spell slot of your choice once per long rest. II - Eating corpses will give the benefit of a superior healing potion III - You can detect any soul within 120ft of you IV - You gain evolutions on what you eat, you can take an evolution of what you eat every level V - Each evolution you take, you gain +1 ASI

You must eat a soul every hour or gain 1 exhaustion. You cannot drink any potions or eat any food. You have to eat a single piece of corpse meat every 10 minutes. You have to make a flat d20 roll every long rest DC15 or be forced to eat your party for 1 hour. When you go to 0 hit points, you do not make any death saves.
