Astral Plane

A plane of cognitive power and a bridge underlying all other planes.
On the Astral Plane, if not in the presence of magically-constructed order or structures, the natural scene looks much like the night sky: dark, with star-like sparkles throughout. Some regions are obscured by silvery mists, in which ephemeral mirages sometimes appear (and have been known to impart mystic visions).
