Sevoue Hill (Seh-voo)

History

Originally the site of a pirate watchtower, it was named "Sea High View Tower." The tower was destroyed prior to the Collapse, and by then it had become known as simply "Sea View." Over time the regional accent based on some remnants of pirate jargon morphed the name into "Sevoue" and during the reconstruction it was where several prominent families built their homes, making it into an affluent neighborhood.
