Mystquills
These specialized tools were created by the Mystarrians to inscribe magical spells onto mundane objects, turning them into magic items. The stockpile of these items and the special magic inks they required were all destroyed during The Collapse and the last remaining Mystquill crafter died during the Shadow War. The remaining Mystarrians have been trying to re-create these items ever since, to no avail.
