Murdercrows

Murdercrows are black-feathered birds with skull-like heads who were conjured into being near the beginning of the Pillars of Peace era. They appear whenever a sentient creature dies, congregating around the area and squawk loudly with cries that sound like bird-voice saying, "Dead, dead, dead..."
At the scene of killings, murdercrows flock within a minute of the violence. Typically these flocks split into two distinct groups: one group remains with the dead body and the other follows the perpetrator.
