Mellow Stand

For centuries, Mellow Stand—formerly known as Mulitaua—was a quiet fishing village. When Katalina Sanabria began reforming Grasmere Keep, Mellow Stand received substantial investment from the Human Kingdom to expand its port capacity, allowing Mellow Stand to serve as a secondary landing site and provide overflow capacity to the central port in Grasemere's Waterfront District.

Government

The Overseer is assigned by the Pillarhand Magistrates for the region, often delegated to the local Justikar. Historically, this assignment takes place following a community hearing and only after the previous Overseer resigns or a petition is made to review the Overseer's performance.
