Ethereal Plane

The Ethereal plane is roughly equivalent to the ethereal plane from base fifth edition. The Ethereal plane is a scaled-down mirror of the Mortal Phase and the Voidphase between the two is thin, malleable, and (relatively) easily crossed over. Every location in the Ethereal plane has an analagous location on the Mortal Phase, although time and space function as if compressed, allowing rapid traversal of the equivalent mortal time and space.
